1,pigment or dye.
The pigment is divided into an organic pigment and an inorganic pigment.
Usual Organic pigments:Phthalocyanine red, phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, light red, red macromolecules, macromolecular yellow, Permanent Yellow, Violet, azo red
Usual inorganic pigments:Cadmium red, cadmium yellow, titanium dioxide, carbon black, iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, etc.
2.Carrier
Carrier is masterbatch matrix. Special masterbatch generally choose the same resin as resin products as a carrier , the compatibility of both are great, but we must consider the mobility of carrier.
3.Dispersant
Dispersant are used to promote the pigment dispersed uniformly, and no cohesion, its melting point should be lower than the resin, and with good compatibility to the rein, and has better affinity with the pigment.
usual used dispersants: Low molecular weight polyethylene wax, Stearate.
4.Additives
Such as flame retardant, brightening, anti-bacterial, anti-static, anti-oxidation, and other varieties, Unless the customer requests, Usually do not contain the above additives in masterbatch.
